Make complexity useful

Dining decisions depend on details that generic dietary labels miss. People may tolerate an ingredient in one form, avoid it in another, or need a question answered before ordering. Re-entering that context into a general-purpose AI tool for every restaurant made a useful workflow too repetitive to rely on.

Build the product story into the product

Snow Fox shaped the workflow around one durable preference profile and the menu itself. Niblu extracts dishes, detects cuisine and language, and organizes results into clear safety states with reasons. Translation, local-language waiter questions, dish reactions, and remembered preferences keep the experience useful beyond a single scan.
